INVITATION TO BID
The City of Grayville is accepting bids for mowing municipal properties. Parcels include: Grayville Memorial Park, Hilltop Campground, Grayville Sewer Lagoon, Grayville Water Tower, I-64 Plaza properties, Grayville Police Department in the Grayville Industrial Park, and other smaller parcels of property including some rights-of-way areas. A complete listing of the mowing parcels can be obtained at Grayville City Hall. Bids should be per mowing including trimming and cleanup of grass clippings. Proof of insurance is required with a $1,000,000.00 liability policy. Responsible person must be 18 years or over. For more information contact Grayville City Hall at 618-375-3671. Bids must be received by 1:00 P.M., Thursday, March 17, 2022. Bids will be awarded at the March 21, 2022 regular City Council meeting. The City of Grayville reserves the right to award all parcels to a single bidder and to accept or reject any and all bids.
