The City of Grayville will hold a close-out public hearing on December 22, 2025, at 6:30 PM in the Grayville City Hall, 119 S Middle St, Grayville, IL, to review and obtain interested parties’ views regarding program activities and performance under the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity’s Community Development Block Grant 19-242033, awarded for the purpose of Water Improvements in Grayville. Grant funds were used for the construction of approximately 4,375 lineal feet of 6-, 8-, and 10-inch water main replacements, and all related appurtenances, within the eastern portion of the corporate limits of the City of Grayville in White County.
